Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. You can also request an appointment through our Patient Portal. We understand occasional circumstances prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to make your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to re-schedule you promptly. We offer separate sick and well waiting areas for your convenience.
Patients who walk in with a non-emergency condition will be fit into the existing schedule as best as possible, or they will be asked to return later in the day when the schedule allows.
We make every effort to schedule appointments for ill children on the day that you call us. Please call our office ahead of time so that we can minimize the time that you will spend waiting.
If you have a medical emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate facility.
