If it is not an emergency, please call our office for questions or problems related to your child.
If a pediatrician is necessary, the nurse or the answering service will page the doctor on call. If the nurse determines that your child needs immediate medical attention, he or she will direct you to the nearest emergency room or Urgent Care at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
IF YOU HAVE NOT HEARD FROM A NURSE WITHIN 20 MINUTES, PLEASE CALL BACK.
For non-urgent questions or requests, you can also reach our clinical staff through the
Patient Portal.
You can stay connected with Pediatric Partners of Gwinnett 24/7 by calling our after-hours nursing advice line or in case of a minor illness, simply navigating to the pediatric symptom checker, which you can find by clicking here.
Emergencies are considered to be those conditions that are life-threatening: loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, seizure, etc.
In the case of minor emergencies (lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, sprains), please call our office first for instructions.
